Members of the Executive Council and Professional Practice group had a discussion on the changed scenario of our working lives due to Covid-19 on 12th May 2020. These are the times when best of us are confused, unclear and hesitant. Times like this more than ever we need to be connected and face it together.

We also have to constantly and regularly connect with our teams who are even more anxious than us about this unknown scenario. We have to engage with them every day, motivating them to not give up but to use this time to learn new skills. We need to walk with them every day of their lives during this.

Guidelines based on our collective discussion have been compiled into a document on issues of importance at this time and uploaded in the members only section. Please feel free to connect with anyone in the EC for any query or clarity.
